Every Saturday morning until race day you can get free help with you walk/running training at Elmer Thomas Park (By Great Plains Museum) at 7AM. We have different groups working at different speeds running or walking 1 to 2 miles.

I take the group jogging at an airborne shuffle with some sprinting ahead and returning to the group to get an interval workout. It is mostly woman since it is our local runhers club that is providing the leadship. Mrs. Hope leads stretching before the run (before about 5 minutes to 7am) and after you have completed your run/walk. Dr. Smith
