The Lawton-Fort Sill Art Council is a non-profit organization which is dedicated to promoting visual arts in the Lawton-Fort Sill community.  The council was founded in 1955 by Leslie Powell and Mary McNayr. Membership is open to anyone who desires to participate.

The organization provides a medium in which the public can view various forms of local art. Members are welcome to use studio space in the The Art Center from 10 am to 2 pm on Saturdays and Wednesdays. Members are encouraged to exhibit artwork in various LFSAC shows throughout the year.

MARCH GUEST SPEAKER/PRESENTER

Anastassia Menshikova
, a Cameron graduate and New York Designer, will present and exhibit at Cameron University McCutcheon Recital Hall Room 115 on Friday, March 25th from 5 to 7 pm.

Saturday March 26th at The ART CENTER on the corner of 17th & Ferris Ave in Lawton: Anastassia will present a PowerPoint presentation open to the public
followed by a workshop for LFSAC members from 10am to 2pm.
