This picture is ALIGN=top. Text will continue to wrap around and around and around the picture like so as a result of this alignment. This type of alignment works better if your text is only a few words long and works as a caption.

This picture has no alignment, but I put a <CENTER> code before it and then a <P> break before the text thus forcing the text to the next line. The only way to center a picture and then wrap text on both sides is to use a table. Use three columns with text in the first and third columns and the graphic in the middle column.
