- Lynx-Me
- Wondering what your page looks like in lynx, but not wanting to login to cuok to see? This site allows you to type in your URL, and it will return back a replication of your page in lynx. (Doesn't let you check links however, just appearance.) This site will also validate your HTML coding. You can see if your page follows specifications for HTML 2.0 or HTML 3.0. Very useful site.

| Background Sound |
- Internet Explorer 2.0 and above
- <BGSOUND SRC="filename.mid"> - Place this command between the <HTML> and <TITLE> codes. Your midi file will automatically begin playing when someone with a soundcard accesses your page.
- Netscape Navigator 3.0 and above
- <EMBED SRC="filename.mid" AUTOSTART=true LOOP=true|false|integer> - Place this command anywhere in your html file after the <BODY> command. With this option your midi file will automatically begin playing. You can also use aiff, au, and wav files. There are a lot of other options for this command as well. You can set the volume and even have a stop, play, and pause console appear. Remember, this only works if they have a soundcard in their machine.
