Dr. Ali Soylu is currently an Assistant Professor of Management in School of Business at Cameron University, Lawton, Oklahoma. He completed his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Anadolu University in Eskisehir, Turkey. Dr. Soylu got his MBA (in Finance) from Drexel University and his Ph.D. degree from Fox School of Business and Management, Temple University, in Philadelphia, PA. in August 2007. His research interests are in the areas of job stress, job security, cross-cultural human resources, foreign workers/expatriates and international human resource management. He has also taught Organization and Management and Human Resource Management courses at Temple University from Fall 2004 to Summer 2007. He is currently teaching Principle of Management, Human Resource Management, Labor Relations, and Current Issues in HR at Cameron University. Dr. Soylu is the founder and faculty advisor of Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) student chapter in the School of Business at Cameron University.
