PROGRAM DEVELOPMENT
"Personal Financial Consultant Training Programs," March
1998-1999
Developed national curriculum redesign of training materials
for three divisions of a major financial institution. Instructional Design
Consultant for the call center of this institution. The project involved all
stages of instructional development. Responsibilities included selecting and
implementing specific instructional strategies that correspond to various
kinds of learning. Instructional strategies include simulations, cases, and
live problem solving.
"Chauffeur Training Program," 1990
Developed instructor and participant training manuals
for two major limousine companies: Camelback Limousine Services, Scottsdale,
Arizona and Prince Limousine, Scottsdale, Arizona. Responsible for evaluating
the professional chauffeur program, culminating in a report including the
evaluation method, results, and recommendations for future transition as the
company expands. Development included all stages of ID.
