The project involved all stages of instructional development. Responsibilities included selecting and implementing specific instructional strategies that correspond to various kinds of learning. Instructional strategies include simulations, cases, and live problem solving.

Developed instructor and participant training manuals for two major limousine companies: Camelback Limousine Services, Scottsdale, Arizona and Prince Limousine, Scottsdale, Arizona.
