Please notify us of any new grant opportunities that are of interest to you by submitting the Intent to Submit External Grant form. This form is for all grant opportunities, including those that might not ultimately be pursued for any reason. Once the Institutional Grant Writer (IGW) receives this form, they will confirm receipt and offer any necessary support as able.
Once you are ready to submit a grant, please fill out the External Grant Submission for Review at least two weeks prior to the due date. Please attach the final version of the grant proposal, the budget, and other supporting materials to the form or email them to the IGW at this time.
The IGW will review the grant and return it back to you with any revisions along with the final Approval to Submit Grant Form. Please sign this form and secure the signatures of your supervisor and the appropriate Dean or AVP. Then return the form along with the entire grant application to the IGW, who will sign off on the grant and forward it to the VPAA and the President.
