Appointments

Appointments available Monday through Friday by appointment only.

Getting Started

Call for Appointment:

The student calls for services, a SWC Request Form will be completed and given to a counselor for follow up to access needs.

Student is notified there may be a waitlist. If there is a waitlist and the student does not want to be place on the waitlist, a referral list will be provided.

Next/Paperwork:

All paperwork MUST be completed. Before your first appointment you will be asked to fill out a counseling intake packet that takes about 30 minutes to complete. If you do not have your packet competed and turned in at the time of your first appointment, you may be asked to fill it out as part of your first appointment. The student has the option to receive the counseling intake packet via email to complete. The student has the option to return the paperwork to the SWC or complete and return via email. Please call should you need to cancel, will be late or have any questions.
