To establish a direct deposit for your VA Educational Benefits, you can use the WAVE system on the VA Education Service web site or contact VA’s direct deposit center at 1-877-838-2778.
Submit your VA Monthly Verification of Enrollment: http://www.gibill.va.gov (follow the link to the WAVE Program instructions provided online. Once the system tells you that you are certified, DO NOT return the Student Verification of Enrollment)
IMPORTANT!! When you call the VA Muskogee Regional Office, make sure you
write down the name of the VA Representative who assisted you. If you have difficulty
reaching VA Muskogee, you can hot link to their webpage: http://www.vba.va.gov/ro/muskogee/index.htm and click on the word "Inquiry."
It will take you to a screen which allows you to type in your question. VA will work the inquiry at the same speed as if you had called in your inquiry.

the resolution of any difficulties within the rules and regulations
