Residual ACT (American College Test) The Testing Center offers the Residual ACT by appointment one day a month, usually on the second Tuesday at 1:00 p.m.. The ACT will take approximately 3 1/2 hours and the student will receive a copy his/her ACT scores in approximately two days. There is a waiting period of 60 days before a residual ACT can be repeated.
The Residual ACT can only be administered to those individuals who are enrolled at Cameron, have been admitted to Cameron, or are in the process of applying for admission to Cameron. Score reports from the Residual ACT will only be valid at Cameron. A copy of the score report will be sent to Cameron's Office of Admissions.
The fee for the test is $35, which will be paid by check or money order made payable to Cameron University. A photo I.D. must be presented to be admitted to the test. Acceptable forms of I.D. include a driver's license, military I.D., or current passport.
Test takers may bring a calculator to use on the math portion of the exam.
