Disability Services

Policy and Procedures for Assisting Disabled SSS Students
TRIO works to provide students with needs to academic accommodations barriers to success
SSS works in conjunction with the Disability Services Office to provide students with academic accommodations to reduce barriers to success. In order to receive academic accommodations from SSS, a student must first be registered with the Disability Services Office. The student's physician, counselor, or other qualified health care professional must provide documentation listing each accommodation required before any accommodations will be provided. All SSS facilities are handicap accessible.

ABLE Tech has a mission to facilitate systems change to enhance the provision of, access to and funding for assistive technology so that individuals with disabilities can achieve their greatest potential.

Oklahoma Association on Higher Education And Disability (OK-AHEAD)
Assists individuals with disabilities in Oklahoma post-secondary education, through collaboration and information dissemination, advocacy, professional and policy development, and research.

Oklahoma League for the Blind
Helps to facilitate economic independence and improve the quality of life of blind and visually impaired Oklahomans through the creation and sustention of a variety of employment opportunities and services.
