Academic Advisement Services

Student Support Services offer members academic advisement in a wide variety of areas. New participants will be scheduled an intake evaluation with one of the program academic advisors who will evaluate the student's needs in these three areas:

  • Academic
  • Career
  • Personal

Student Support Services academic advisors will advise students about selecting classes, enroll students in appropriate classes, information on applying for financial assistance, setting academic goals, identifying career options, utilizing special services such as the Student Support Services tutoring services, and referrals on campus and in the community.  Students will receive individualized advising appointments for enrollment tailored to their own specific personal needs.
