Advisement & Enrollment

All students majoring in the field of Psychology are assigned a faculty advisor who will advise you about the best course sequence and necessary prerequisites. Typically, summer and fall enrollment begins after spring break and spring enrollment begins after fall break.

Students who wish to enroll during the first week of enrollment can sign up for an appointment with their advisor during the week before enrollment begins in the PSS Office, Nance-Boyer 1053. Students are encouraged to meet with their advisor before peak enrollment times to determine the best course sequence—this makes enrolling much easier. Ultimately, to insure advisement at a time that is convenient for you, we advise you to make an appointment with your advisor.
