Student Tutor - Chemistry, Physics & Engineering (Duncan Campus)

Job Description

POSITION:   The Department of Chemistry, Physics, and Engineering is looking for one student to fill the position as tutor to work up to 15 hours per week for Cameron University-Duncan Campus.  The student must be eligible for state or federal funding.  Duties will include, but are not limited to: provide tutorial services for students taking freshman chemistry courses, keep records of tutorial sessions, and be on time for each session.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:  Applicants must have successfully completed two semesters of general chemistry that include laboratory.  Applicants should also possess at least the basic knowledge of computers; have good oral and written communication skills and organizational skills.  They must have the ability to multi-task and a willingness to work as a member of a team.  Applicant must also be able to adhere to a strict policy of confidentiality.
