A successful candidate must have excellent telephone etiquette and communication skills because this position interacts with the public, university administrators, faculty and students. Applicants should have a good working knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook. The student worker must be dependable, punctual and adhere to a strict policy of confidentiality. This position is a 20 hour work week.Training will be provided to ensure employee is knowledgably of the essential responsibilities.
• Answering phones and taking messages
• Greeting faculty and students
• Preparing out-going mail
• Running department errands
• Preparing, filing, faxing and scanning a variety of documents
• Operating computer systems and performing data entry
• Other duties as assigned

A student who is attending the 2019 summer semester, in addition to the 2019 fall semester is preferred but not required.
