Student Office Assistant - Institutional Research, Assessment, and Accountability

Job Description

Job would be to provide general, clerical support such as answering phones, processing paperwork, making copies, filing, making deliveries and other duties as assigned. The position is for
20 hours a week beginning during the Spring 2018 semester. Student must be available to start no later than January 8, 2018.

Job Requirements

Applicants should have good oral and written communication skills
demonstrated by successful completion of English Composition I and II; have a GPA of 3.0 or higher; have basic knowledge of computers and office procedures; possess organizational skills and the ability to multi-task; must be enrolled in at least 12 credit hours for the Spring 2018 semester. Also, applicant must be able to adhere to a strict policy of confidentiality and be willing to sign a confidentiality agreement. The successful candidate must be punctual, reliable, and have a positive attitude. Although the hours are somewhat flexible, the candidate must be available over the lunch hour.
