Duties will include copying, filing, greeting students and other visitors to the office and by telephone, delivering documents to campus offices, event setup and participation, and other duties as assigned. Student must be enrolled full time. This position is a state work study position.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Applicants should have excellent computer skills including working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel; have good oral and written communication skills; organizational skills; the ability to multi-task; ability to pick up information quickly; work flexible hours; and be professional. Applicant must be able to answer the phone in a clear, professional manner and adhere to a strict policy of confidentiality. The successful candidate must be punctual, reliable, and have a positive attitude. This position is for up to 10 hours per week.
