Job Duties include but are not limited to: providing tier I phone support pertaining to blackboard, student e-mail, library database and AggieAccess login and use, proctoring exams, data entry, office support, running errands.Computing Laboratory personnel is responsible for the general operation of the computer lab by, keeping printers loaded with paper, un-jam printers as necessary, providing clean work areas, keeping accurate records of student helpdesk calls and lab use. All responsibilities will be assigned by the Student Helpdesk Manager, including adherence to all rules and regulations of Cameron University.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Applicants should be familiar with Microsoft Office Word and Excel spreadsheets. Applicants must have excellent oral and written communication skills: strong organizational skills; the ability to multi-task; ability to pick up information quickly: work flexible hours; and ability to work unsupervised at times. Also, applicant must be able to answer the phone in a clear, professional manner and adhere to a strict policy of confidentiality. The successful candidate must be punctual, reliable, and have a positive attitude.
