Duties will include, but are not limited to: answering the phone, shredding, distributing materials, clean laboratory equipment and tables, as requested by the Administrative Assistant or Chemical Stockroom Manager. This position is available to all Chemistry or Physics majors. This position offers a variety of responsibilities that will help a student to build a career portfolio to help with obtaining a full-time position upon graduation.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Applicants must have successfully completed two semesters of general chemistry and two semesters of organic chemistry which included laboratory, must also have two semesters of Physics. Applicants should also possess at least the basic knowledge of computers and office procedures; have good oral and written communication skills and organizational skills. They must have the ability to multi-task and a willingness to work as a member of a team is required. Applicant must also be able to adhere to a strict policy of confidentiality.
