This position will work up to 20 hours per week. Duties include connecting/disconnecting distance learning equipment, monitoring classes, and installing distance learning hardware in smart classrooms. Other duties include possible hardware troubleshooting in smart classrooms, faxing, copying, interacting with faculty and students for ITV related support in person or via telephone, and occasionally proctoring exams.
Applicant should have good oral and written communication skills, organizational skills and the ability to multitask. The successful applicants must be punctual, reliable and have a positive attitude. The following technical skills are preferred in the areas of, Windows 7 or 10 desktop knowledge, Microsoft Office, some A/V knowledge, and typing.
