This position is for the Fall 2019 semester, at a maximum of 20 hours per week. Hours will be flexible according to your class schedule and will depend on the needs of the office. Responsibilities include assisting students with appointments, class selection, answering student questions regarding class schedules and assisting with class schedule preparation; keeping advisors informed about any student concerns regarding appointments and class selection; and helping to direct students to appropriate campus resources.

Applicants should have excellent oral and written communication skills; excellent customer service skills; good computer skills, including familiarity with AggieAccess; good organizational skills; and the ability to multi-task. Applicant must be able to answer the phone in a clear, professional manner, compose professional emails, and adhere to a strict policy of confidentiality. The successful candidate must be punctual, reliable, and have a positive attitude.
Strong preference will be given to those students with a solid academic record; a minimum GPA of 3.0 is a plus.
