Student Tutor - Chemistry, Physics & Engineering (Duncan Campus)

Job Description

The Department of Chemistry, Physics, and Engineering is looking for one student to fill the position as tutor to work up to 15 hours per week for Cameron University-Duncan Campus.  The student must be eligible for state or federal funding.  Duties will include, but are not limited to: provide tutorial services for students taking freshman chemistry courses, keep records of tutorial sessions, and be on time for each session.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:  Applicants must have successfully completed two semesters of general chemistry that include laboratory.  Applicants should also possess at least the basic knowledge of computers; have good oral and written communication skills and organizational skills.  They must have the ability to multi-task and a willingness to work as a member of a team.  Applicant must also be able to adhere to a strict policy of confidentiality.
