Student Office Receptionist

Job Description

The Student Office Receptionist will work directly with the Administrative Assistant and office staff to perform a variety of tasks serving our students, faculty and guests.

This position requires the ability to communicate in a clear, positive and professional manner. The Student Office Receptionist interacts with the public, university administrators, faculty and students.

Job Requirements

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Excellent oral and written communication skills, good computer skills and the ability to prioritize tasks appropriately.

We are looking for a candidate who is able to work independently and as part of a team, who exhibits leadership characteristics and posseses the ability to work effectively with people from diverse backgrounds. The ability to adhere to a strict policy of confidentiality is an absolute requirement.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Prefer knowledge of Microsoft Office 2007 Word and Excel.
