The Office Assistant will process transcript requests, answering phones, helping with enrollment, filing, and operating basic office equipment; shredder, copy machine, scanner and fax machine.

Job Requirements

Ability to multi-task without constant supervision is needed.  Proven ability to work in a professional office environment and strong verbal and written communication skills are a must.  The student worker must be dependable and punctual.  Time management, attention to detail and the ability to prioritize is essential.
