Student Office Assistant - Financial Assistance Office

Job Description

The Financial Assistance Office is seeking part-time student employees to work 15-20 hours per week. Office responsibilities include but are not limited to: answering the phone, greeting clients, filing, data entry, sorting documents, shredding documents, distributing materials as requested by the Financial Assistance Counselors, and maintaining a neat and orderly work space. Student workers should be planning to take summer classes and willing to work year round including the summer months.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Applicants must possess a working knowledge of basic computer applications and office procedures; possess strong communication skills and organization skills. The ability to multi-task and a willingness to work as part of a financial aid team is required. All employees must adhere to a strict policy of confidentiality.
