The goal of The Oklahoma Review is to publish in an attractive format excellent literary fiction, poetry, and creative non-fiction, as well as interviews with well-known writers and reviews of important contemporary literary works. The magazine's only agenda is to promote the pleasures and edification derived from high-quality literature. Submissions are welcome from any serious writer working in English. Simultaneous submissions are acceptable, and we are willing to publish works that simultaneously appear in print magazines (as in the case of Steve Heller's essay Walking Through the Moon, which is also appearing in the Clackamas Literary Review). |
