Cameron University's Department of Music possesses a very talented, highly-skilled faculty, an energetic, enthusiastic student body, and a supportive, loyal alumni and local constituents base who embrace the university's three-fold mission of preparing graduates for effective living, for specialized fields of career endeavor and for providing community service through music. The Department of Music provides opportunities for continued musical interaction through its community performance ensembles and public concerts and recitals.
