Three Cameron University staff members were honored as the recipients of the university’s Staff Excellence Awards. Corbin Adams, Linda Phillips and Olivia Polynice received their awards during a ceremony at Cameron’s Lawton campus. The Cameron University Staff Awards were created during the Fall 2014 semester at the recommendation of Cameron’s Staff Advisory Council. Nominations were made by CU students, faculty and staff. In order to be eligible, nominees must have been employed full-time at Cameron for at least one year.
“Every day at both the Cameron University main campus and at CU-Duncan, staff members demonstrate their commitment to student learning and success,” says President John McArthur. “It is a pleasure to recognize Corbin Adams, Linda Phillips and Olivia Polynice with this year’s Staff Excellence Awards and to thank them for exceeding expectations on behalf of our students.”
