Cameron University biology majors inducted into Beta Beta Beta

The Cameron University Psi Eta chapter of Beta Beta Beta, the national biological honor society, recently welcomed new members to the organization. Beta Beta Beta is an honorary society dedicated to improving the understanding and appreciation of biological study and extending boundaries of human knowledge through scientific research.

Inductees into Beta Beta Beta as regular members were Kristina Flaig, James Lutz, Megan Stottman, Lawton; Kacie Scroggins, Cache; and Shelby Thompson, Altus.

To be eligible for regular membership, students must major in biology, have at least 12 hours of biology courses, maintain an overall GPA of 3.0 as well as a GPA 3.0 or higher in biological sciences.
