Cameron University to host tree lighting at CU-Duncan

Cameron University invites residents of Duncan and the surrounding area to get into the holiday spirit at CU’s annual tree lighting ceremony and community reception. The event takes place on Monday, November 30 from 6 to 8 p.m. at the CU-Duncan campus, located at 3100 W. Bois d’Arc. CU President John McArthur, assisted by Ole Kim, will light the tree shortly after 6 p.m.

The come-and-go event will include horse-drawn carriage rides, cookie-decorating stations for kids of all ages and the lighting of a fully decorated tree. Hot cocoa, coffee, cupcakes, popcorn balls and cookies will be served.
