Cameron University to play Big Pink Volleyball to raise funds for breast cancer research

The color pink will be on display in abundance at Cameron University’s Aggie Rec Center on Saturday, October 4 during the fun-filled Big Pink Volleyball tournament. Proceeds will benefit breast cancer research. Big Pink Volleyball is played with four-foot pink volleyballs and requires no skills or knowledge of volleyball. Big Pink Volleyball is open to anyone interested in playing. Teams must have a minimum of six and a maximum of 10 players. All teams will be co-ed and must have at least two males and two females on the court at all times. The cost is $5 per person on your roster. Register your team online at imleagues.com/cameron.

Big Pink Volleyball will be in a bracket-style, seeded tournament. The number of interested teams will determine the specific format of the tournament, whether pool play, double-elimination, or single-elimination tournament style.

The tournament will also include a spirit competition. Teams can come dressed in their costume of choice, and the winning team will be awarded a prize.
