Cameron University accounting students Lacey Morgan and Minh Le were recently selected as recipients of the Oklahoma Society of CPAs Outstanding Accounting Student Award. Recipients are chosen based on high academic achievement, leadership and character. Morgan and Le graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Accounting degree last week.
Morgan, of Lawton, has been an active member of the Accounting Club, serving as both president and vice president. She was also an officer of Delta Mu Delta, the international honor society for business, and was inducted into Phi Kappa Phi, the national all-discipline honor society.
Le, of Hanoi, Vietnam, has also served as president of the Accounting Club. In addition, he was an officer of the International Club. He is a member of Phi Kappa Phi and is listed in Who’s Who Among Students in American Universities & Colleges. He ranked in the 99th percentile in the Major Field Achievement Test (MFAT) in Business.
