Cameron University will host College Fairs for southwest Oklahoma high schools on October 20-22. Participants will be able to meet and visit with representatives from more than 40 colleges and universities, technical and vocational schools, the armed forces, and lending institutions.
"Attending a College Fair is a great way for high school students to explore the many options available in higher education," says Jamie Glover, Associate Vice President for Enrollment Management. "We anticipate speaking with more than 1,000 students, parents, and counselors, who will find information about Cameron University and other Oklahoma colleges and universities. Certainly it is our hope that Cameron is the University of Choice; however, we encourage all high school students to pursue a college degree regardless of where they enroll."
On Tuesday, October 20, seniors from Lawton/Fort Sill high schools will attend the College Fair from 6:30 - 8:30 p.m. at the CU Fitness Center. On Wednesday, October 21, high school seniors from throughout southwest Oklahoma are invited to College Fair from 9 - 11 a.m. in the CU Fitness Center.
The College Fair moves to CU-Duncan on Thursday, October 22, when seniors from Duncan area schools will find information about higher education from 9 - 11 a.m.
