List of Records:
The search results are shown in brief citation format. To view the full citation (detailed record), click on an article's title. This displays the abstract, subject terms, and detailed information about the article.
Full Text:
Articles available full-text online will display either View Full Text in PDF Format (WilsonSelectPlus), or View Full Text in HTML Format (WilsonSelectPlus). GenSciAbstracts does not contain full-text articles itself - clicking on these links takes you to the text of the article in another database.
Always cite the database that actually contained the full text of the article (e.g. WilsonSelectPlus from FirstSearch)!
How do I find a print (hard copy) article in the library?
Look for
CAMERON UNIV on Detailed Record (citation) page under Availability. In the database, the Cameron University icon indicates that the library owns at least some of the issues.
Does the Library own the specific issue needed? Follow these steps.
From an article's detailed record page in GenSciAbstracts, click on the link:

The Cameron University Library Catalog will open and the ISSN number of the journal is automatically searched.
If the library owns the journal, the full record containing the location and holdings will appear.
Does the library have the year you need? If not, follow the steps in the next paragraph.
What is the call number?
What is the format of the issue needed? Microform, serial (bound), or loose? Is it in the Reading Room? Locate the specific issue that matched your citation in the Library. Most journals are on the 2nd floor.
If the library DOES NOT OWN the journal title, then the CU Library Catalog will display this message: No matches found; nearby STANDARD NOS are...
Change the search type in the CU Library Catalog to Title and type in the journal title. There may be a link to the journal.
Open the library's home page and search E-Journals for the journal title. Check for the publication years available in full-text databases.
If still unsuccessful, then return to the database citation and click on this link:

This link in the databases can be used for articles not available in the Library, not linked to from the Catalog, and not available in the full-text databases.
