The Curriculum Collection is not classified by Library of Congress number as other materials are.

Searching by subject - From the combination screen search by the subject codes, curriculum and grade level. For example: science and curriculum and kindergarten.

Searching by keyword - For example: farm and curriculum and kindergarten.

Advanced Search allows you to combine types of searches and set limits for the material type, date, location, etc.
JUVENILE COLLECTION:
The juvenile collection is classified by LC number. The information for many juvenile books includes a plot summary, reading levels, and in some cases the awards the books have won. Use keyword searches to search this information.

Searching by keyword - Combine juvenile for all juvenile books, the keyword and the grade level. For example: animals and juvenile and kindergarten.

Searching by author - Always type last name first. For example: Bunting, Eve.

Searching by subject - The list of records found will have a sub-heading beginning juvenile. For example: ANIMALS - JUVENILE FICTION.

ERIC (First Search)
ERIC is the Educational Resource Information Center of the U.S. Department of Education. It covers educational literature from 1966 to the present and contains citations and abstracts from theses, course curricula, standards and guidelines, conference papers, and journal articles. It is available from the First Search Service on Cameron's Home Page and requires a password off campus.

Academic Search Premier
Academic Search Premier provides full text for over 1,530 academic, social science, humanities, general science, and education journals. In addition to full-text, it offers indexing and abstracts for more than 2,720 journals. Full text backfiles go back to Jan. 1990, while indexing and abstract backfiles go as far back as Jan. 1984. Ebsco produces this database.
