Finding/Ordering Books
- Access the library's home page.
- From the Library's homepage, search the book and serial title online catalog for needed materials. You may also search the WorldCat or Books in Print Databases for books not owned by Cameron Library.
- To request a book, visit the Interlibrary Loan web page, and follow the directions there. Identify yourself as a distance education student and the location where you take classes.
Full Text Articles (Online)
- Access the library's home page
- Select Citation and Full Text Databases On Campus or Off Campus as appropriate.
- Each database will have an option to limit to full-text articles.
Ordering Articles not Immediately Available in Full-text Form
From a FirstSearch database, select the "ILL" option, and follow the directions there. Identify yourself as a distance education student and the location where you take classes.
From a EBSCOhost or any other database, visit the Cameron University Interlibrary Loan web page, and follow the directions there. Identify yourself as a distance education student and the location where you complete coursework.
Item Delivery
Books and articles owned by Cameron Library will be shipped via courier to Duncan or U.S. Mail the next working day.
Materials not owned by Cameron Library will be ordered via the interlibrary loan process. Books and articles received in paper format will be shipped via courier as soon as they arrive at Cameron Library. Upon request, articles received in electronic format will be forwarded electronically.
Campus Visits
If you get an opportunity to visit the library, please stop by the reference desk and introduce yourself to us.
To borrow books in person, simply present the materials along with your Cameron ID or another photo ID.
