Adjusting the system sound volume
If you are using headphones in the computer lab, and are unable to hear sound or the sound is too faint, you may need to adjust the system sound volume settings.
To begin, double-click the speaker icon in the system tray, which is located near the clock in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen:
The volume controls will appear on-screen, and you will be able to adjust them to the desired levels you need.
