Printing from the Library Computer Lab
PDF files from library databases and the Internet require special directions: Printing a PDF document from the Internet or library databases.
To print from the Library Computer Lab, you may click on the File menu of the program you are using and select Print; or you may click on the program's print icon; or you may use your keyboard and hit CTRL and P at the same time.
As soon as you click on Print, it will be immediately processed by the Canon Lab Printer and be placed on the finishing tray. Printing is automatic in the Library Computer Lab, and is free-of-charge to those eligible for Computer Lab use. Printouts are placed on the table next to the printer. Please collect your papers right away.
If the Canon Lab Printer displays a flashing red error message, please see the Library Computer Specialist at the Computer Lab Assistance desk.
