Navigating to a web site using the Address Bar
The Address Bar (also known as the Location Bar) is usually located at the top of your web browser. It is the white bar that shows you the URL address or location of the web site you are viewing. Depending upon which browser you are using, your address bar may look like some of these examples:



To go to (or navigate to) a particular website, click once on the URL address listed in the address bar. This will highlight all the text. Hit BACKSPACE or DELETE on your keyboard to clear the address.
Type in the URL address of the website you wish to go to. Once you have typed the address, click on the GO button, or press ENTER on the Keyboard.
