Information Technology Services Work Study Position

As an Information Technology Services student technician, you would be a member of a select few who take their work study responsibilities seriously. 

ITS student techs must understand computer hardware and software to include Dell computers and Windows XP / Windows 7 troubleshooting.  Student techs must be able to answer the phone and work with faculty and staff.  Having a professional attitude while either on or off the phone is a must.  Student techs are expected to be punctual, courteous, and work well under pressure.
