1. How do I build a web page? Unfortunately this is a subject that must be explored on your own. Fortunately there are many books, websites and classes available to you. Check out the web site of Cameron University's Information Designer,

3. How do I post my web page on the CU server? If your are a student or employee of Cameron University, you already have an account on one of the campus servers.
a. Using your Internet Explorer browser, type the following in the address bar:
ftp://wolverine.cameron.edu (for students)
ftp://username@www.cameron.edu (for faculty and staff)
b. When prompted, type in your user name and password.
c. Create a new folder and name it: public_html d. This new folder will store your web page files (.htm and .html) and your graphic files (.jpg, .gif, .png). e. Your main web page must be named index.html
Faculty / Staff: Faculty and staff need to email their department web page administrator. Inform the individual that your web page is ready to be linked to your department's web site. Do not send an email unless you have already created and posted your web page to your public_html folder.
Students: As long as you use the file name index.html, your web page will be placed under the student home pages found here. Please allow 24 hours for your page to appear on the student list. Warning: Web page hosting is a privilege of Cameron University. Abuse of this privilege can result in the of this service. Please refer to the Computer Use Policy.
