Printing

1. I am unable to print (network printer):

Network Printer: Determine if others can print to the printer. If others cannot print to the printer, turn off the printer and restart the printer after 5 minutes. Check to insure the network cable is secure both at the back of the printer and at the wall jack. If still unable to print, contact the Help Desk.

Local Printer: Check to insure the printer cable is securely attached at the rear of the computer and at the rear of the printer. Reboot both the printer and the computer. If still unable to print, click Start/Settings/Printers right-click the icon for the printer, select Properties, go to the Details tab, click the Spool Settings button, and select the "Print directly to the printer" option button. Restart the computer.

2. My printing isn't going to my envelope feeder: Check to see that the envelope feeder is seated properly - remove and reseat in the printer.
