When is the deadline to pay?

Students should pay tuition prior to the beginning of classes on January 14. If tuition and fees are not paid by February 29 for 16-wk & 1st 8-wk classes, and March 31 for 2nd 8-wk classes, interest charges of 1.5% will be assessed monthly.

Students are responsible for payment of tuition and fees for all classes in which they are enrolled as of the payment deadline. Students will not be cancelled from classes due to non-payment of tuition and fees by the due date. Students should drop any classes in which they do not wish to be enrolled prior to the due date in order to avoid billing and finance charges.

If fees are not paid in full by May 14, an additional $50 will be added to the account balance. Students are responsible for paying the assessed tuition unless an official withdrawal is completed before 5:00 p.m. on January 28 for 16-week classes, January 18 for 1st 8-week classes, March 25 for 2nd 8-week classes.
