• Enrolled at CU full-time and resident of the following Texas counties: Archer, Baylor, Childress, Clay, Collin, Collingsworth, Cooke, Cottle, Dallas, Denton, Donley, Foard, Gray, Hall, Hardeman, Jack, Montague, Parker, Rockwall, Tarrant, Wheeler, Wichita, Wilbarger, and Wise (receive out of state tuition waivers).
• Resident of Texas and a 22 ACT or higher or high school GPA of 3.0 or higher (receive out of state tuition waivers).

Commuters may wish to take advantage of the two special meal plans for commuters listed below.:
    Commuter 10 Block - 10 meals (Cafeteria only) per semester
    Commuter 30 Block - 30 meals (Cafeteria only) per semester

IF you plan to live on campus - in Shepler OR Cameron Village, you must choose one of the following meal plans:
    10 Flex - 10 meals per week plus $150 in flex cash per semester
    8 Flex - 8 meals per week plus $225 in flex cash per semester
    15 Flex - 15 meals per week plus $50 in flex cash per semester
    5 Flex Plan - 5 meals per week plus $230 in flex cash per semester (Village Residents only)
    4 Flex Plan - 4 meals per week plus $120 in flex cash per semester (Village Residents only)
    Cameron Village Dining Plan - $350 in flex cash per semester (Village Residents only)
