Stadium

Built in 1965, Cameron's bowl type stadium seats approximately 10,000 people around an artificial turf field. Cameron won the National Football Championship in 1987, but has since discontinued football at the university. Area high schools still play games at the stadium on a regular basis and marching band tournaments still fill the air with music. Cameron continues to use the stadium for commencement ceremonies each spring.
