Advisement & Enrollment
All students majoring in the fields of Health and Physical Education are advised by the department chair or HPE faculty assigned by the department chair. Your advisor will advise you about the best course sequence and necessary prerequisites. Typically, summer and fall enrollment begins after spring break and spring enrollment begins after fall break.
Students who wish to enroll during the first week of enrollment can sign up for an appointment during the week before enrollment begins in the HPESS Office, South Shepler 108. Students are encouraged to meet for advisement before peak enrollment times to determine the best course sequence—this makes enrolling much easier. Ultimately, to insure advisement at a time that is convenient for you, we advise you to make an appointment.
