• Leads the Financial Assistance team to accomplish all departmental objectives

• Calculation of Return of Title IV student aid funds
• Works with students to facilitate the aid process on problematic applications
• Performs system processes for electronic origination of loans, grants and disbursal of funds 
• Maintains compliance with all Department of Education regulations

• Serves as a financial aid counselor for students whose last names begin with the letter C, D, F, H, I, J, S - Z 
• Works with the Pell, SEOG, OTAG & TEACH Grant Programs

• Serves as a financial aid counselor for students whose last names begin with the letter A, B, E, G, K - R 
• Processes Special Conditions requests

TaLisa Pollard, Loan Coordinator

• Performs system processes to load electronic student loan records such as entrance and exit counseling sessions, promissory notes and loan origination records
• Evaluates student HOLD status for exit requirements and loan default purposes
• Receives Financial Assistance Appeal requests and initiates the consideration process

Cheryl-Ann Fogle, Front Desk Clerk

• Assists students at the front desk counter
• Provides help with answering phone calls

Robin Lee, Information Systems Specialist

• Imports and exports FAFSA records and other electronic files to and from the Department of Education Central Processor
• Performs system processes to load, track, and update FAFSA files
• Generates letter communications to students regarding aid status
