Our Family Educational Programs (Grant) Corvias Foundation, the charitable arm of the Corvias Group, is committed to inspiring students, college and university campuses, military families, and our employees to reach higher. Our Family Educational Grant empowers spouses of active-duty military members to pursue continuing education and expand their professional development goals by providing meaningful financial support, guidance and networking opportunities. Up to $5000

Applicants must meet all of the following criteria to be eligible for this grant:

  • Plan to attend a community, technical, or four-year college (for profit and proprietary schools upon review) as an undergraduate or graduate student for the entire 2015-16 academic year.
  • Be the spouse of an active-duty service member stationedat one of the following U.S. military installations at the time of application or application due date.
    • Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland
    • Edwards Air Force Base, California
    • Eglin Air Force Base, Florida
    • Eielson Air Force Base, Alaska
    • Fort Bragg, North Carolina
    • Fort Meade, Maryland
    • Fort Polk, Louisiana
    • Fort Riley, Kansas
    • Fort Rucker, Alabama
    • Fort Sill, Oklahoma
    • Hurlburt Field, Florida
    • McConnell Air Force Base, Kansas
    • Seymour Johnson Air Force Base, North Carolina

Our Family Educational Programs (Scholarship) Corvias Foundation, the charitable arm of the Corvias Group, is committed to inspiring students, college and university campuses, military families, and our employees to reach higher. Our Family Scholarship supports college-bound children of active-duty military members in their pursuit of higher education through significant, recurring financial assistance, academic support, mentoring and professional development. Up to $12,500 per year

Who is eligible to apply?

Applicants must meet all of the following criteria to be eligible for this scholarship:

  • Be a high school senior, between the ages of 16 and 19 at the time of application
  • Have a minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA at the time of application
  • Plan to attend a four-year college or university as an undergraduate student for the entire 2015-16 academic year
  • Be a child of an active-duty Service Member stationedat one of the following U.S. Military installations at the time of application due date:

Thermo Scientific Pierce Scholarship Program Thermo Fisher Scientific created this scholarship to help provide educational opportunities for the future generation of scientists. $5,000 or $10,000

Eligibility:

  • Must be legal U.S. residents age 16 or older at time of application.
  • Must be grad or undergrad student enrolled at an accredited college or university for 2014 Fall semester.
  • Must have a declared major of Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry or a related life science field.
  • Freshman students must have a cumulative high school GPA of 3.0 or greater.
  • Must maintain a cumulative college GPA of  3.0 or greater.
  • must complete an application & submit unofficial transcripts [if selected, an official transcript will be required].

Eligibility:

  • Must be a resident of the 50 United States, Puerto Rico or the District of Columbia

  • If the applicant is an undergraduate student: must have completed at least one year of undergraduate course study by the Spring of 2014 at an accredited two or four year college, university or vocational – technical school, and be able to provide proof of enrollment to a public health/health education, med school, nursing and/or pharmacy degree program

  • If the applicant is a graduate student: must be able to provide proof of enrollment to a graduate program in public health/health education, med school, nursing and/or pharmacy degree program

  • Must have one or more years of school remaining
