1. Must be diagnosed w/bipolar, schizophrenia,
    schizophreniform, or schizoaffective disorder.

2. Must currently be receiving medical treatment.

3. Must be actively involved in rehabilitative or
    reintegration efforts.

4. Must be a US citizen and attend school
    in the US.

5. Must be at least 18 years of age.
